Using quality ingredients and passion, our breads and buns are baked fresh daily Tuesdays thru Saturdays. Our reputation for a wide variety of fine-tasting breads with moist springy texture is spreading beyond the Island with customers from the mainland stocking up before returning home! We are also now supplying the Cornerstone Taphouse and The White Whale with some of our delicious breads-Check them out!

Wednesday: Corn Chipotle bread-Asiago and Roasted Garlic bread-Buckwheat/Teff/Almond bread
Fresh Bagels-Poppy Seed, Sesame Seed, Raisin or Cheese with poppy and sesame seeds
Thursday: Multi-grain bread-'Mock' Rye bread-Pecan Fig bread
Friday: Paleo Bread-Sourdough bread-Honey Seed bread-Multi-grain bread
Saturday: Olive Rosemary bread-Raisin Oat bread-Multi-grain bread
Baguettes, Plain and Cheese Buns (also suitable for burgers) baked daily
Also available by special order (24-48 hours notice): Vegan Potato bread or buns- cheese baguettes-focaccia breads in a variety of sizes-paleo bread
Breads can also be special-ordered outside of schedule with a minimum of two breads per type of bread.
We are also happy to work with customers who have special allergy concerns-we recommend you bring us a list of your allergens and give us some time to work out a recipe that might work for you.
